1. Site operator

The website calendar.moroccohelp.com (the “Site”) is operated by MoroccoHelp. For any data-protection question, contact us at [email protected].

2. Data we collect

The Site is a cultural and sports agenda that requires no account. We do not ask for your name, email address or any personal data to browse it.

During your visits our technical infrastructure may process connection data (anonymized IP address, browser type, pages viewed, timestamps) for security, aggregate audience statistics and service operation purposes.

3. Cookies and local storage

A cookie is a small file stored on your device. The Site uses two categories:

- Strictly necessary cookies: they remember your display preferences (language, consent choice) and require no consent.

- Analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Google AdSense): set only if you accept them through our consent banner. You can reject all non-essential cookies with one click, and change your mind at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

You can also configure your browser to block or delete existing cookies.

4. Google AdSense advertising and third-party cookies

The Site displays ads served by Google AdSense. These ads may be personalized based on your browsing: Google and its advertising partners use cookies, including the DoubleClick DART cookie, to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites.

You may turn off personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings (https://adssettings.google.com) or opt out of third-party cookies at http://www.aboutads.info/choices. If you reject non-essential cookies on this site, no analytics or advertising tag is loaded before your consent.

Learn more about how Google uses data from partner sites at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and “How Google uses cookies” (https://policies.google.com/technologies/cookies).

5. Analytics

With your consent we use Google Analytics to understand how the Site is used (popular pages, journeys, devices) and improve it. Data is aggregated and processed by Google under its own privacy commitments.

6. Your rights (GDPR and Law 09-08)

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over your personal data, under the GDPR (EU regulation 2016/679) and Morocco's Law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

To exercise these rights or ask a question, contact [email protected]. We reply within 30 days at the latest.

7. Retention and security

Connection data and technical logs are kept for at most 12 months. We apply reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect data against loss, unauthorized access or disclosure.

8. Changes

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the Site or the law. The last-updated date appears at the top of this page.
